At Libas Innerwear, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on undergarments such as bras, lingerie, panties, and nightwear once the package has been opened.

However, returns may be accepted only if:

• The item received is damaged or defective

• The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• The amount will be refunded through the original payment method

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us.
